Rather than waiting for the acetone to fully soften the gel polish on my nails during take-off, my manicurist ripped the polish off causing large tears and huge splits on all of my nails. I was in pain at times because she was literally ripping my nails off of my fingers. Though they’ve been painted over and they look nice, my actual nails are totally ruined and will take weeks to grow out and stop breaking from all the tears and rips. I am so disappointed.
