Worst manicure I've ever had. I had the 'Deluxe' Shellac mani (and a pedi). She cut several of my fingers and had to clog one with a large dollop of Savlon as it was bleeding so much. She didn't soak my hands so cuticle push was painful and made me bleed too. The gels chipped that same day and somehow over a week after the treatment I still have black dried blood under my skin. I emailed to complain but no response from the Salon yet.

So this is my third brazilian blow dry here and probably about my 20th one overall. It simply is the best blow dry you can have. Tsegi is the lady who does it. Forget niceties. If you want a brazilian blow dry that will last months then see this lady. There will be smoke and steam and you will have to wear a mask but I think she is the best by a country mile.

Love this place! It’s a bit chaotic but you don’t feel like that once you’re in your appt! Would defo recommend for waxing and nails.
