They were very welcoming, however did not fully listen to what I wanted as I said I wanted it completely straight around the bottom but he chipped into it a little bit as he thought it'd give it texture. It did, but it wasn't what I asked!!

Shellac manicure was done with amazing efficiency and looks fabulous. Waxing was a bit uncomfortable - although very well done. It’s never going to be a pain free experience:)
