No waiting time at all, which was very good. Staff was sitting all around playing with their phones. One of the staff kept pushing me accidentally while treating another customer. It seemed there was only 1 towel per staff, as my hair was dried with a dirty smelly towel. Haircut was ok, was surprised that Soho Branch is so much dirtier than Goodge Street Branch...
