The manicure itself was well done but the therapist was quite rude, claiming first that she wouldn’t be able to remove the OPI gel on my nails, which then came off fine, leading her to claim the salon I regularly visit had applied fake OPI gel. I wasn’t happy with this, and I also noticed other clients were offered free drinks, and their therapists used gloves which mine did not.

Not great, booked in for shellac removal and was 3 mins late to appointment downstairs as was waiting to book in upstairs. Therapist was already calling me to find out where I was. She started to furiously file off the top of my nail colour, then soaked my bare fingers and nails for approx 3 mins before filing all of the top layer of my colour and nails off quite roughly. Then I was told to wait outside for my friend to finish. Think I’ll try somewhere else next time.
