Annamaria was lovely and very friendly. She asked me exactly what I wanted and checked-in halfway to make sure I was happy. Her Brazilian wax was quick, efficient and as painless as these things can be! Would recommend and will be returning!

First of all. They didn't bother cleaning the hair off floor from the previous person who sat in the seat I was provided. Sat in someone else hair basically. Hair dresser was very nice and polite despite the language barrier I could barely understand what he was saying which is a bit frightening when your hair is in someone's hand whose about to cut your hair and speaks minimal English. They didn't really ask how I want my cut, whether I would like short layers or long or none, literally just cut it after confirming the length. Distressing really.
