Normally they do a good job here, but on this occasion the technician did a horrendous job. After filing my nails the first time, she left the tips ragged. Instead of smoothing them then and there, she waited until after painting my nails to file them again, which ruined the polish. I haven’t been back since.

It was quite busy and I had the feeling the staff needed to rush. I'm a returning client, I usually enjoy the ambience and the manicure. This time, the manicure was not accurate and it didn't last long.

The place was very busy and hectic, the music was a bit too loud, so it felt a bit like in a club. The cleanliness was not too much on point there were bits of people’s hairs all over the place and brushes used had other people’s hair on them too.. However the Spanish hairdresser was lovely and did a great job with my haircut!
