I had to wait 5-10 mins past my booking time, which is always a bit annoying. Both times I’ve been here, I’ve paid for wash and haircut but never been offered the wash. I’m not sure the staff are aware of it. The cut is always really brilliant though, especially for £16, and far outweighs any negatives - that’s why I always come back.
