The worst experience I have ever had at any salon. They did not listen to what I asked for at all (although I showed them a picture and they confirmed it would be possible to get it done like that. Very harsh treatment, ripping my hair and the whole place was absolutely filthy

I think the waxing therapist should always ask you if you're happy with the results so that you have the chance to say if there's anything they've missed (as they had) and I didn't have the opportunity to say.
