Each time I come for a hot cut here my experience gets less and less which is a shame. The guy I was paired with didn’t seem to be bothered or really care to cut my hair he seemed more bothered about waiting for there friend to arrive.
Really I would prefer to be able to book in the app with the same stylist each time but that doesn’t seem to be the case it’s more like a cattle market and your just paired with someone upon arrival
