I come here usually once a month and today the staff was so busy talking in Italian by the counter that they haven’t noticed me standing there and looking at them for a minute. So I decided to take a seat and get my haircut. As always I didn’t have to wait long and I was done within 15 mins. Haircut was ok today and at the end at the counter I showed to the staff that I paid through Treatwell. All of them were surprised that I didn’t check in with them while walking in. Very unprofessional and rude not to greet your clients when they walk in especially that the counter is right next to the door and there were 3 staff members.

I had a wash, cut and blow dry during my lunch break and was super happy with everything, especially how quickly it all got done! Definitely would go again! Great price too!
