Went here only because didnt want to pay 10£ for removal in other salons. It is only 6£ here however it was the worst removal of my life, yes maybe it was a hard gel but the lady was so aggressive pushing my nails to pure pain... they dont do normal foil wrapping, you just dip your nails into the solution and wait.. so the solution did not work at all so she had to just stcratch off gel together with layers of my nail... she was then annoyed by the hard work she had to do and was very aggresive even when polishing my nails with buffer...

I had deluxe shellac manicure done at Splash. The girl that did my nails was friendly. I can’t rate the actual manicure now as I would like to see how long will it last. So far it looks good. I paid the off peak rate, which is good value for the service you get. However if I have paid the full price I would have been disappointed.

I actually made a mistake and turned up at the wrong splash salon. So I went to the one on goodge street the girls were really nice to actually accept me to have my nails done there which was really nice. Unfortunately the goodge street branch had run out of mist colors so I didn’t get the color of my choice which was a bit disappointing.
Overall I think the color choice and the manicure itself is done better at the soho branch.
