Was left waiting with no acknowledgement of arrival. Treatment was 15 minutes late. Room was freezing, not clean, poor ambience (consistent bass sound from music in the outside salon). Whilst the beautician was very polite and nice the actual treatment felt mediocre and definitely not worth the price which is disappointing.
