First of all. They didn't bother cleaning the hair off floor from the previous person who sat in the seat I was provided. Sat in someone else hair basically. Hair dresser was very nice and polite despite the language barrier I could barely understand what he was saying which is a bit frightening when your hair is in someone's hand whose about to cut your hair and speaks minimal English. They didn't really ask how I want my cut, whether I would like short layers or long or none, literally just cut it after confirming the length. Distressing really.
