My hairdresser forgot to apply the hair treatment although I paid for it. The haircut was quick and with flaws. I think they should be more concentrated on the client and not trying to finish quickly to get to the next one.

I really loved my nails once they were done. The lady doing them did however start with the colour I wanted and then ran out of that colour so had to redo them with a new colour which I didn’t like as much and start from the beginning.
