My therapist was obviously brand new with very little English and although she did a good job I think she got confused between express and normal manicure.

I was waiting for over twenty minutes before my treatment started because another customer had pretended to be me and was being treated instead! The staff tried to make up for it by offering a 20% discount off the next treatment but I would have preferred money off. The brazilian was good and not very painful and the waxist was quick, but she left a lot of hairs on my legs and missed patches. The pedicure was good and it's not bad value for money.
