I selected three colors and they had none of them. The staff was doing best to make me happy but I didn’t want to proceed with a colour which isn’t my choice. Then the manager came and she didn’t offer me anything (because I paid in advance, I would prefer a refund instead of a compulsory treatment that I don’t like). Therefore I got a colour that is not my preference. I will go to another place next time for nail polish. If you’re in central London and if you’re charging more, you should at least keep the nail colours all ready and you should order immediately when finished. Paid £11 for a colour I didn’t like. The management is not satisfactory
