The person removing my Shellac literally ruined my nails. Fair enough, it's anyway not ideal as they can sometimes take off a thin layer of your nails, but the way she was scrapping my nails was horrendous, and she was in such a hurry to deal with her next customer that she was barely paying attention to me. I asker her to quickly cut and file my nails since they're always fragile after removal, only cut them in a horrible shape and when I mentioned it to her, only said "Well I cut them for you, didn't I" and moved on to her next customer. Nails in a terrible state after that.
