I’ve been to splash for more than 10 times and this is definitely the worse experience. The lady who washed my hair is rude and unprofessional. She basically splashed the water directly into my ears without acknowledging it or apologising. The hairdresser was friendly but again not professional at all. I told her that I wanted my hair to be the same structure but just a bit shorter but she didn’t seem to understand much English and asked me if this angle was okay? Just soo unprofessional
