Lovely beautician and a thorough wax however towel covering the recliner was filthy just a sheet of clean paper towelling covering it and ceiling missing in parts so it felt grubby.

Not up to Splash's usual standard - they allocated my hot wax booking to someone who couldn't do hot waxes. No idea why she even attempted to do it, after I stopped her as it was so painful another member of staff was able to take over and rescue things. Hoping I don't come out in bruises!
