Great hairdresser, Henry was really attentive and had greag attention to detail. The salon was really hectic, super loud music and had a huge queue of men waiting for barbers. I only say this as I am quite self conscious and there was always a line of people sat behind me so if I looked into the mirror I made awkward eye contact.

I have been a regular customer for more than a year and the past 6 months I am always looked after by Diletta who is AMAZING! My last wax appointment today wasn't as good though since the wax was too sticky and wouldn't come off. I think you have changed your wax 3 times since I have been your customer but this is the first time the wax is so bad. Please change back to the last one you were using. Thanks
