In all honesty I should be leaving a one star review due to the experience I had. I can honestly say it was simply unlucky. The lady I had was slightly inexperienced and seemed rushed (despite being in the chair for 2hours😂) Luckily for me Diletta saved my nails! She was patient, caring and so genuine! She finished the job off with magic! After sitting there for 2 hours I was exhausted and she was more than accommodating. I’m returning just for her. Moreover, the manager on shift Daria was super nice. Hence why I’m leaving a 4 star review, they managed to turn around my experience. Thank you so much Daria and Diletta!
