It was a totally acceptable wax, but they waxed the top of my feet and tied, none of which have hair (other than big toe). This left me with sore red areas. There was lots of wax still left on my legs and she was a bit rough. The overall place was a bit run down and could do with a coat of paint.

Pedicure tub was dirty, they cleaned when I asked but really should have been done after each service. I was provided really old gel samples in limited colours to choose from. Asked for an orange and stylist brought three bottles not shown in samples for me to choose from, so it was definitely nvious they had way more selection than the limited samples. Main issue was with gel manicure. Had to have it redone few times because the therapist kept using too much polish and it was not drying properl

They made me move treatment rooms, halfway through waxing one of my legs. The wax was poorly done, as once I’d got home I noticed lots of little patches of hair on my legs and bits of wax still left on. Very disappointing!
