The venue is very modern and the music is pretty loud. It reminds me of having an haircut during happy hour. Staff is young and most of it is from Spain or Italy . Great place for foreign people , instead of local British . Young , fresh and innovative atmosphere. The cashiers are always very friendly too.
Sometimes , even if you have booked an appointment, they run late and make you wait up to 20 min . Anyway, you can then receive a free drink and relax. Good price for the tanning showers downstairs!

Waited 2 hours for my pedicure with a booking. No communication from staff resulting in someone skipping que before me. Nail technician was in such a rush that she cut my feet twice to the point that they were bleeding. Will never go back here and disappointed on how this process was handled.
