I was seen really quickly and all staff were really friendly. The wax was as pain free as it could be and the lady who did it was really chatty and made me feel at ease. The only downside for me was that the music was blasting really loudly.

Didn’t like my experience. The therapist was scared she was going to rip out my piercing which left me very uncomfortable throughout the session.
The wax wasn’t setting properly because it was too hot in the room but she didn’t turn the air con on. It was all just a very not-so-great experience
