They have a good selection of colours and the nail technician was professional. However she was quite rough when she was scraping and cutting the cuticles and she clipped my finger and it bled which I was not happy with. She did not apologise or acknowledge that this happened and continued to do the polish. I would go bad just for the polish as it was good value but not again for a full manicure,

Greeted with a smile. Seen on time and highly attentive making sure I was okay all the time and that I wasn’t uncomfortable.
Efficient and professionally done, all within 20 minuets so I still got to enjoy my lunch break. So convenient.

The lady who did my manicure was lovely and the manicure itself was neat. The music in Splash Soho is a little bit... lively for the time of day - and there was an annoying period of time where there were two speakers (loudly) playing different music!
