I have curly hair and just wanted a simple blow dry with diffuser to have them springy and tight. But they only seem to have one diffuser there and first it didn't really fit any dryer and then it broke. So the hair dresser dried my hair mostly just normal which made them fall flat within 5 minutes after I left the place. Also my hair was still a bit wet and it was rather cold outside. I was very happy with the last two blow dries there, but this time not so much.

The stylist was rude when I asked him to pause after he cut the layers longer than we had discussed. He seemed distracted most of the haircut and spent a lot of the haircut running round finding different tools. He was not happy when he found out I had booked via Treatwell and was very adamant I couldn’t give him a bad review. I will not be going back to splash soho.
