Unfortunately this was a really dissapointing experience. I've been here once before and had a shellac pedicure and that was really good but I had a different therapist today for my shellac manicure and it was just so bad. She asked me if I wanted my nails shorter or just filed and I said just filed to tidy them up a bit, but she filed them so much my nails are so much shorter! They're not even all the same length or shape. They're raggedy and thin. And then the actual gel polish was put on like a non-professional and it's not smooth all round and the filed them in-between coats which I've never seen before... didn't even get me to wash my hands and I left with acetone stained hands, uneven nails and peeling nailbeds. Feels like such a waste of money :(
