When I got to Splash, looked like there was no one available to cut my hair, despite the fact I booked through treatwell.
After my cut the guy gave me a piece of paper which said £10.
When I went to the cashier I told the lady that I payed already online and she said, yeah it’s fine although I payed for a £12 treatment.
