I have been to this salon multiple times and never had such a bad experience. If you don't train your staff in basic English, they cannot understand when you request something. My toenails were cut so painfully short that I asked the beautician to stop and she laughed and carried on. The paint job on both hands and feet was shocking, I could have done a better job myself. Complete waste of money and very disappointing.
