Horrific experience. Only booked Splash Soho for the gel take off and manicure, because my friends were going. Had to wait 20 minutes, seems they have issues with most customers with booking times. The gel take off ruined the top layer of my nails and took 45 minutes. The manicure was shocking, nails not filed straight. The gel colour on edges weren't straight either and colour starting coming off after 9th day. Small colour choice too.
