Lovely staff but colour selection is small and the actual pedicure wasn’t the best - lots of dry skin still left on my heel.

My nail artist (or a receptionist?) was extremely unprofessional. Couldn’t take off my regular OPI gel, that other salons have no problems with and was literally ripping my nails off instead of taking it off gently. Was hurting me by scratching my hand with her sharp nails, was filing my nails to the point it was burning unbearably, buffed nails on one hand, but didnt do it on the other - i had to remind her and ask her to be consistent.
She was rushing even though i had booked this time slot in advance- right in the middle of this her collegue shouted at her saying that she has another client waiting for her.
They had asked me to put all my fingers entirely in the bowl with acitone, instead of using the cotton pads and individual clip-ons and when i told her that it hurts as i have a wound on of my fingers, she giggled.
When she “finished” she told me to go wash my hands in another room and come back? Struggled to get directions or at least what was this for or what will she be doing next?
She clearly saw that I wasn’t happy about what was going on (I wasn’t rude at all) and got “pissed off”! So I sat back and she threw a tissue at me/ the table so I could (i assume) wipe my hands.
When i stood up, said thank you she ignored me.
I never complain and normally very patient with these things, but I genuinely though she has ruined my nails and my afternoon.
