Normally fine for a quick trim as it’s fast and affordable but my hairdresser this time didn’t speak English well and didn’t understand what I’d asked him for but he kept nodding and smiling so I thought he understood. I’m not sure how that’s allowed. Surely get someone else to translate to him, instead of just assuming and doing the wrong thing. I had to speak to another stylist to complain and she translated to him but it was too late by then. Anyway, it’ll grow back.
