Claudia was amazing. She told me she’s started quite recently but so far she’s been the best at waxing. I have very sensitive skin and I was surprised when after leaving I felt no swelling or pain at all. Next time I’ll ask to see Claudia. Grazie!

Despite the experience being ok, the shellac manicure is poor - uneven shape and bubbles in shellac which I’ve never had before, after 24 hours. Unlikely to return
