Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Waited 10 minutes before anyone spoke to me, then got my hair washed with cold water and left sitting for 30 minutes with a mask. There was even a huge spider right next to me. The stylist rushed through in 5 minutes, cut off 2 inches instead of 1, and gave me short, choppy layers—4 inches from the bottom instead of long layers like I asked for. The blow-dry was rough and painful. Zero care or professionalism. I left furious and in tears.
