The beautician was very rough and in rush when removing my shellac. (She didn’t even offer me something to drink). And the hairdresser didn’t speak ANY English. On top of that my hair was cut more than I asked and not dried properly. I was meant to be there for an hour and they finished with me in less than half an hour. Not a very relaxing atmosphere or experience. I am very disappointed.
