Waxing at Splash in Soho is a regular appointment, one that leaves me satisfied if not a little sore, which I expect from a Hollywood. Sadly this time, 32 hours after the treatment, the skin is yet to regain integrity, a few layers were ripped due to treating the same area repeatedly. The therapist insisted to pull the wax in the same direction in which the hair grows, rather then against it. I wish I had the courage to question the therapist, it's too late now.

Too rushed, not very welcoming to begin with. Wasn't even offered a drink. Stylist was nice but didn't take time to be precise and check over once finished.

Was my first Hollywood wax in a long time so was quite nervous! But the beauty therapist put me at ease. She was super quick and very thorough! Will be returning :)
