Very bizarre! This salon is very loud and busy, so it is not a relaxing experience. My hairdresser was friendly but didn't ask what I wanted done to my hair and tried to make me leave with wet hair...
Ladies' Haircuts

All was pretty much fine.
But there was lack of communication and he was unable to spend good time cutting my hair.
The back was not able to be cut with a blade because apparently they don't use any.
The other staff was pretty helpful and got me something that kept the back neat.
It wasn't the best experience unfortunately.

Good wax, nice cool room downstairs which is important in the summer. Only complaint would be the wax used — I had to use special wipes once I got home because I was left so sticky!

I wish Splash used any product to prepare skin for the treatment before applying wax. On all other factors I like it, it’s fast and buzzy but masters are good!!
