They made me move treatment rooms, halfway through waxing one of my legs. The wax was poorly done, as once I’d got home I noticed lots of little patches of hair on my legs and bits of wax still left on. Very disappointing!

usually i am very happy with the service on splash salons but this time the particular beautician could not shape my nails properly even when i was pointing out how uneven they were. and my shellac has small bubbles and marks. she did try to change everything i asked her to but still i had to do some filing myself to fix the shape.
