My therapist was really lovely and the experience was good. She did also file off my old gel because their remover didn’t take off the gel I had. She was really good about it. The file and paint job however was not so great. Some nails aren’t filed straight and the gel is thick and blotchy in places.

Told the hairdresser to cut my fringe a particular way, he said "sure no problem", and then cut it funny. I told him again that I didn't want it to look like that, he said "It'll look differently once I'm done"
Nope it did not. Otherwise I would've given an extra star
