Very busy and there was hair literally everywhere, kept waiting for a long time but was given a voucher to say sorry so overall was an okay experience, really nice staff member who kept apologising

Absolutely terrible experience. Totally messed up my nails and then went to her boss to make excuses instead of even apologising or walking me out. DO NOT GO HERE
