I have been going to this salon for a number of years before moving to a different area about 6m ago. Came back today and it was completely different and disappointing experience. It is not completely terrible, but so different to what it was back in the days.. i had pedicure booked and my beautician seemed very irritated for no reason, at some point she was almost screaming at another one in her native language. She was too quick and uncarefull cutting my cuticle. She also applied cream on one foot only and forgot abt the other one...she was clearly rushing and then another lady took over the painting from her (why??) and started asking me did she do filing already? Did she do this? How do I know? If you handover at least know what s left to do. At least the second lady was extremely nice and polite. Overall atmosphere changed too, too hot and messy, noone offers wine as before, they could not even take my phone to charge - with my own charger!! Its sad it s not the same splash.

For starters I felt she was not comfortable waxing me. She looked very inexperienced as in several hair patches were left on my legs (and I am talking about full length hair, not broken short hair) and I ended up with wax on my T-shirt, underwear and even watch. I went to a different place after and there saw this too, the beautician finished my legs and retouched the areas left undone and free of charge. I will have to give it a second try here and see if this was a one time thing.
