Absolutely ridiculous experience - the ‘30 min express mani’ took 1hr15, the first 30mins of which we’re taking off my old shellac (they don’t wrap them & eventually said their process only works taking off CND, even though they sell other brands!) When I complained - as was another customer at the same time - I had my beautician swapped to one that was apparently quicker... only for her to keep stopping to talk to colleagues multiple times & leaving the table, because she “had to wait for the bottle of top coat”! After ending up 45mins late back to work as a result, I will be asking for a refund...

Avoid!!!! I have never been to a salon that do not wrap your nails. They soak them and file off, which will ruin nails.
The Manager explained this was their process and it did not work as I did not have CND. I asked for her to wrap them, but she said it takes too long. I do this at home with regular nail polish in 15 mins, so that’s rubbish. It took 30 mins to get the existing polish off.
Anything but ‘Express’. I almost had to leave without any colour.
The girl that painted them was very sweet and I felt for her - she knew I was talking sense.
