Technician kept drilling into my nail. Not a pleasant experience

Have had shellac removed multiple times before at Splash and usually v good, does the job quickly. This time my nails were a bit jagged after removal and on all of the previous occasions the beauticians have done a basic (but helpful) file so the shape looks tidy/nails won’t just snap but felt rushed out this time so had to go and buy a nail file so they looked alright for the rest of the day
