The air con was not working so it was really hot. My previous shellac was filed down so much that it hurt and then my nails broke. My cuticles bled which I didn’t think was normal but I was assured it was. I liked the end result but I’m not sure if the person was trained enough to do it. The beautician was really nice and polite so I do feel bad leaving this review but need to share that it was painful so not worth more than £20.
