Told the hairdresser to cut my fringe a particular way, he said "sure no problem", and then cut it funny. I told him again that I didn't want it to look like that, he said "It'll look differently once I'm done"
Nope it did not. Otherwise I would've given an extra star

The nails are lovely and I’m really happy with them, however when trimming the skin around my nails I did bleed and have been left with some sores. I did mention this to the technician and her response was sorry but didn’t seem that bothered (maybe it happens more often then I’m aware?!) I’ve had my nails done here before and it was great so not sure what happened today. Overall the nails look really nice but maybe be a bit gentler with your clients!

Very happy with my quick lunch break haircut and blowdry, although was hard to communicate with the stylist as they didn't speak much english.
