Appointment was quick and efficiently done with minimal discomfort. Salon currently bring refurbished- is so much brighter.

Music was too loud, building works in view, felt rushed, proper treatment not carried out (did not soak nails to remove cuticles, no cream, did not dry properly so smudged when left, nail colour had bubbles on my nails) felt completely rushed. As soon as next client came in wanted to hurry me out of the door!

The setting is straightforward but the blow dry is very good. The managers are very polite, and make an effort to keep it all on time. It is a very reliable experience in terms of how your hair is treated, and so far every one who did my hair was very good at it
