The beautician was very sweet, but not enough prepared for the money that I’ve spend for the treatment. Obviously I can’t blame her, but make sure your team is well prepared for the price you have, or decrease the price.

All the staff were very friendly. Gianmichael really listened to what I wanted before washing and made sure before he started cutting. I have really long hair so I went with a straight cut rather than layering. The conditioner treatment has made my hair so soft that I don’t want to wash it yet 😅. Also paid £10 for a blow dry because my hair goes quite wavy when drying naturally. Would definitely recommend!
