My treatment left my hair soft for days even after washing it! The cut was just what I wanted. I can't remember the stylists name but she said she was the only female stylist.
The atmosphere in the salon could be better, while my hair was being washed another male stylist stood right by my head and kept rushing because his client had been waiting. His client arrived after many ppl, and it seemed as though he just wanted to impress her because her friend had recommended him.It was off-putting.
