Ramona was excellent and paid great attention to detail with my hair. She got me the exact length and result I wanted and made my hair look and feel super shiny and healthy. However I do wish the other lady who washed my hair would let the hair treatment soak into my hair for at least 5 minutes instead of quickly washing it out.
