The tools weren’t the cleanest and the place was under construction. My manicurist was really nice but was double booked and had to rush through my nails to get to the next person.

The waxer clearly had no clue what she was doing, and was in a rush to get it finished with. She only did half the job before leaving unexpectedly, caused bruising and was overall an unbelievably painful experience.
