B claudia did not perform the treatment. Evealine did the wax and she was lovely. Im only rating this 2 stars as it didnt specify hot wax or strip wax and i assumed it was hot wax.
The wax has peeled my skin and i had to stop the treatment half way through. Splash soho are lovely and supportive i come here for bikini waxes and nail treatment. but i only got half the service i paid for- so am requesting a refund to equal a half leg service as i didnt get the full service.
